1. Eat 5 meals during the day, to avoid the feeling of hunger, and promote the burning process in the body, and reducing the appetite.
2. Pick healthy snacks, as “toast” , with a slice of low-fat turkey or low-fat cheese, addition to the amount of vegetables and fruits , with a handful of raw nuts, or a bowl of fat-free yogurt.

3. Eat foods that help fight belly fat, especially green tea, chilies, soy and Indian lemon (grapefruit), ginger and garlic.
