Modern cuisine contain a lot of harmful health products, which go back a lot of negative consequences on human health. Hence, scientists stress on following the Paleo diet that it prevents having the processed foods, refined sugars, dairy products, and focus on seafood and freshly meat “Come back to pure nature”.

This diet rely mainly on what was adopted by the old human on stone age, it allow to eat only natural foods. This diet is based on proteins such as meat, chicken and red fish, include fruits, vegetables, fish, eggs, certain oils, as well as almonds and coconut milk.

This diet indicates that the human body does not adapt to processed foods despite the evolution in which we live, considering these foods are the main cause of obesity and having of various kinds of diseases, especially since natural foods help keep the hormone levels in the body and levels sugar in the blood, thereby reducing the proportion of hunger, thereby limiting weight gain. Hence, it prevents the intake of all processed food, in addition to all kinds of starches, rice, pasta, bread and pastries which are prohibited within this diet, in addition to milk and dairy products, beans, oats, sugar and salt. And of prohibited Food also the wheat, corn, legumes, including peanuts, soybeans, and starchy vegetables such as potatoes.
