It’s one of the most common blood groups , it’s believed to be the first human blood group. D’Adamo says that the people who have O blood group like their old predecessors strong and athletes, they need a lot of hearty exercise and meat rich in protein to keep high levels of energy in their bodies.

Avoid vegetarian diets: If O blood group owners stopped eating meat, they will find themselves eating snacks to get a simple push. In addition to this, preferably to avoid eating lots of dairy and wheat products.


Owners of O blood group can eat a lot of the following: beef, turkey, salmon and white carrots, peppers , raw spinach and mushroom, rice milk, tomatoes, nuts , pine nuts and olive oil. Eat 14 to 16 share of meat and fish per week, and up to five eggs.

Reduce chicken and veal and cod, rabbits, trout , goat cheese , oat bran , oat and white cabbage, cauliflower, pistachios, sunflower oil, which must be eaten once a week only.

The O blood group owners must eat the following foods once a month only: mackerel and the Red Snapper, feta cheese, manchego cheese and mozzarella , ricotta and soy milk, white beans, chickpeas, red kidney beans, lentils and sesame seeds.
 Take supplements which are containing probiotics and probiotic multiple vitamins with folic acid, calcium and potassium.
