Do you go to bed with wet hair?
Wet hair is more breakable 3 times than the dry hair. Could you imagine what might happen if you sleep while your hair is wet? This habit can have a negative impact on your health and the health of your hair. Read on for the reasons that you recognize  on going to bed without drying your hair:

Headache: during sleep, the body temperature decreases to rise head and brain temperature. These high temperatures when mixed with moisture factor “Wet hair”stimulates additional blood flow to the scalp, causing headaches and soreness.
Loss and break of the hair: wet hair is very sensitive, and it’s more prone to loss and breakage when you sleep while  it is wet.

Creating suitable conditions for infections: Pillows are the perfect place for the proliferation of germs and bacteria. It absorb sweat, dead skin cells, natural oils secreted by the skin. These factors when combined with the humidity will make you prone to infection and scalp disease.

If you feel compelled to sleep before your hair dries completely, here are some steps that may help you avoid these negative effects:
Replace your cotton pillow cover with silk cover: simple step to prevent hair from breakage, the silk absorbs moisture less than cotton, which maintains the health of the hair.

After bathing, use a dry towel to get rid of the water as much as possible which  wets the hair. Wipe it out before going to sleep and apply any moisturizing hair product.
