Preferably use soy milk , almond or hazelnut in this type of dieting; because they are delicious and also light components, adopt cow skim fat milk entirely instead of white powder which is added to it, it also prevents in this  diet to use white sugar, and can be replaced with brown sugar by a small quantity or honey or even you dispense this gradually with time.

Breakfast: a glass of water, a cup of Nescafe, in addition to two pieces of toast , a little yogurt and cheese with vegetables.
Snack: a piece of fruit
Lunch: A bowl of light and green salad, a piece of protein “meat or chicken or fish”, it should be grilled.
