Your elbow and knee are considered of the sensitive areas in your body which are exposed to drought and tanning as well as the skin change color as a result of frequent friction, So they are requiring a special care on a daily basis. Here are some simple and easy steps of  daily care for your elbow and knees: –

Daily cleaning
Use special soap which contains olive oil or glycerin instead of plain soap as it causes dehydration and cracking of the skin.

Skin exfoliation
Second step of the daily care is the use of the peeling creams, start using mild exfoliation cream to remove dead skin cells in your elbows and knees, to prepare the skin for your moisturizing cream, and if  you have a strong peeling cream , prefers use once or twice a week only. You can also use the peeling and bleaching recipes knees as sugar scrub for the skin suitable for use for all over the body.

Hydration
Use a moisturizing cream, especially if you have dry skin, and make sure to use moisturizing creams that contain vitamin A and vitamin E because they are also working on the renewal of your skin cells. Use natural oils to moisturize the skin, and the best natural oils are : aloe vera oil, almond oil, lavender oil, grape seed oil, and oil of patchouli ,which provide great hydration for the body as a whole .

No skin irritation
Avoid totally the use of cosmetics or creams and oils that contain perfumes so as not to irritate sensitive skin, especially after peeling.

Light massage before bedtime
Apply a layer of moisturizing cream on the knee and elbow before going to sleep,  then rub the area in circular motions until the body absorb the moisturizing cream completely .
