Ingredients:
500 ml almond milk

Small tablespoons of honey

Small tablespoons of coconut oil
 2 Bananas 

Pinch of nutmeg

METHODS:
Peel the bananas and slice into small pieces before putting it in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
You can drink this mixture in the morning or in the middle of the day until you get the desired results.
