The goal of this diet to eat various color every day , Different colored foods have different nutritional benefits, and every day of the week is allocated for a certain color. the first day is devoted the white color, and the second day devoted for the red, while the third day allocated for green , and the fourth day is devoted to orange color, while the fifth day allocated to purple color, sixth day intended for yellow, and finally the seventh day is a rainbow of colors, and if you follow that diet, it helps you lose weight and maintain a healthy shape as It works to improve your skin.

– Foods in the white group for the first day are: bananas, broccoli, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, and white foods contain substances that may reduce blood pressure and cholesterol.

– Foods in the Red Group for the second day: red apples, beets, cherry, pink grapefruit, and red grapes, red pepper, sweet red potato, strawberries, tomatoes, watermelon, red foods contain lycopene, which may reduce the risk of cancer.

– Yellow foods for a sixth day: yellow apples , apricot, pumpkin, carrots, grapefruit, lemon, mango, orange, peach, pear, yellow pepper, pineapple, corn, sweet potatoes, and tangerine.
