Vegetarian protein reduces the likelihood of premature death
There is no doubt that the reduction of animal protein is very healthy. A new scientific study confirms that a diet consisting of large amounts of vegetarian proteins would reduce the risk of premature death.

Vegetarian proteins reduces the risk of premature death, while lipoproteins or animal fats consumption increase this risk; and according to a study published in the journal “American Medical Association of Internal Medicine.” This risks increase in people who have other risk factors such as smoking, lack of physical activity and so on.

Researchers at Harvard University in the United States studied for 30 years with about 13 thousand participants the effect of Vegetarian proteins in Health (nuts and legumes), and other groups dealing with animal protein (red meat, fish, white meat, eggs and dairy products). Volunteers have filled a questionnaire about their of regular intake and quantities they consume from animal and vegetarian proteins.

Scientists noted that about 10 percent of those who consumed animal proteins increased risk of death overall by 2 percent, while the increased risk of death due to cardiovascular disease by about 8 percent.
In general, the Vegetarian proteins has good benefit for your health in general, since the increase legume consumption by about only 3 percent reduces the overall risk of death by about 10 percent, and reduces the risk of death due to cardiovascular disease by 12 percent.


For people who prefer eating animal proteins, , the researchers recommended to choose proteins from non-fatty fish and white meat. The researchers advised choice of proteins found in cereal, pasta, beans, nuts and legumes.
